Made-to-Order Items

Because most Raise To Lead™ products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference changes

Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Refund Processing
