Return & Refund Policy for Raise to Lead

Thank you for shopping with Raise to Lead. Since we sell custom-made T-shirts, all items are created specifically for each customer. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final (Custom Products)

Because all our T-shirts are custom printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Design mistakes made by the customer

  • Color or style preference after delivery

Please double-check your size, design, and order details before placing your order.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We do offer a replacement or refund if your product:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a printing error

  • Has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund (you can choose)


3. Order Not Received / Lost Packages

If your order:

  • Shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or

  • Is lost in transit

Please contact us within 5 business days so we can investigate with the courier.


4. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Raise to Lead is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details

Please make sure your shipping information is 100% correct at checkout.


5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
