Additional Return & Refund Details

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right immediately. To qualify for a replacement or refund on a damaged item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number

• Provide clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement at no cost to you, or a full refund to your original payment method.

Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it promptly.
