Shipping Policy for Raise to Lead

This Shipping Policy outlines how Raise to Lead processes and ships custom T-shirt orders within the United States. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Shipping Coverage (United States Only)

At this time, Raise to Lead ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders can be delivered to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • APO/FPO addresses (delivery times may vary)


2. Order Processing Time

All T-shirts sold on Raise to Lead are custom-made to order.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • Processing includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates (USA)

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (including production)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Peak seasons and holidays


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • Order size and weight

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on the website and applied at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number will be provided

  • Tracking updates will be available through the carrier’s website


6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.

Raise to Lead is not responsible for:

  • Late or lost deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order:

  • Has not arrived within 15 business days after shipment, or

  • Is marked as delivered but not received

Please contact us within 5 business days so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Raise to Lead is not liable for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving the issue.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Multiple Orders & Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages at no additional cost to you.
