Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under your arms.

Body length

From the top of the shoulder seam down to the garment hem, laid flat on a surface.

Sleeve

From the centre back neck, over the shoulder, to the cuff. Measure with arm slightly bent.
